Fall sits somewhere between the dreams of Summer and the magic of Winter. Which is why incorporating blue is always a fashion DO during this time.
Blue is one of my favorite colors to wear all year round but especially in the fall when it can be paired with burgundy, red, chocolate brown, and deep hued oranges. The waist belt on the Cherly-Regina dress gives this dress a beautiful elegant touch.

The skirt has full movement on its own, but adding a petticoat will give it ample fullness.
My stockings are from Secrets in Lace while all vintage accessories are from Vintage Ooollee in downtown Augusta Ga.
